Description
A peaceful walk in the beach, just what we all need to relax. And what could be better than a serene night spent by the ocean breeze? An indigo blue coat dyed with stardust, disappearing into the ocean and sky and a palomino coat matching the colors of the moon and sand belonging to the two unicorns that wander along the sea shore line. Both these creatures know the feeling and appreciate every few second spent there.Yay, it's here! I'm so pleased with the outcome of this one. It took so long and so many headaches, but it was SO worth it. Yup, this is my entry for =daughterofthestars ' contest, we were to draw Cy'ra or Gypsy with one of our characters so I drew Cy'ra, as I love drawing her, with my half-kirin unicorn stallion Trace at a night walk at the beach. I decided to draw Trace because he'd make a nice contrast with Calysra's coat and because I wanted to draw him and found a chance to do it

Looks awesome! I love how you do blue horses! You ought to play around with blending your colors. It'd really add some extra . . . life or something to your great pieces! And great work on the stars! I don't have the motivation to try those . . .

I agree with Ashley that your shading has gotten a lot softer. Your drawings look 3D! I love Trace's tail, it looks so fluffy, and the shadow from Cy'ra's horn looks cool, and their faces are soooo beautiful!! ^^
You've also greatly improved on the ocean waves! The spray looks positively awesome!

One thing I've noticed is how much softer your shading has gotten. I really like it and it makes your images look a little more realistic and more unique. Fantastic job and great work with the colors
