This is my lovely Quirlicorn mare, Yuki, who still needs to be registered (working on her ref actually which is due on Friday), but this image just came to my head and I had to draw it immediately.I lurv her so much, thank you so much to Astral for giving me the chance to own her <3
This was a simple, fun piece. I divided the paper in two halves and drew this and a headshot of Kleos, so I was working on half the space I'm used to (A5 instead of A4) and the placement was a bit trickier than it normally would be. Still, I loved doing these two, and I'll probably be doing some more headshots in this style and size of some other characters of mine.
I also decided to take out the white gen pen and use it for a few details here and there (inspired by the ever lovely Agaave ), and I like the result, so I may be using it from now on when working in this style.
Yuki belongs to me and was designed by the awesome Astralseed .

Your works are extremely inspiring, hun <3 I realize I don't comment much, although I do have a lot of your works saved in my folders to comment on them later, but I simply adore looking at your art and analyzing the little details. And your style is so unique, your works are very easily recognizable from the tiny thumbnails.
And I just love your use of the white gel pen to add those little, subtle touches, it looks so neat!

She will probably meet up with another character of mine before meeting my Cavittos, but I'm not going to say who it is hehe

And no worries about commenting! I am not a good example of prompt commentator either; For example see who is replying her messages week after receiving them? And I also have super old pictures in my inbox waiting for me to take time to write proper comments. Or then I just fav and run.
The way you put effort on your characters and their storylines is really inspiring and makes me want to develop my own characters too! It is and will be fascinating to read where you will take them.
At the moment I still have two pretty pixel ponies even without personalities (not to even mention storylines)... poor things.ย

Yes, that's what usually happens to me, I just fav and run and hope people don't get too mad D: Sometimes it's hard to find what you want to say, but you still want to let the artist know that you appreciate their work!
I've also had some characters lying around for a lot of time because I actually made anything with them. A good example of that is Cursa, I created her shortly after joined dA and only now I've decided to include them in my Cavittos' storyline and give her a proper purpose
Right now I'm waiting to see where these guys will take me, I usually don't decide everything from the start, I just see where my characters lead me, and many times I end up changing my initial plans. Right now, only Thalmus and Ivy and their story parts more or less defined from the beginning to the end, but you never know haha.

Pffff, no need to feel bad about lack of commenting or late comments just because I comment! Commenting makes me happy, see, I am happy right now so you shouldn't be sad either! (I have impeccable logic...)
What I love most in Cavittos is that they have so much potential in story-wise! I love that they have a history ready so all we have to do is to continue it. Luv it!
I have also been thinking about combining my original original characters in my Cavittos' storylines so they could all live happily in one big imaginary world of mine.

Wow, this is simply amazing. Everything about it is so clean, unlike most traditional drawings with uneven tones and startling in a few places. But this is flat and even, simply beautiful.
