After being questioned a lot of times (even by close friends of mine) if I had gotten implants, and after a LOT of thought on the subject of "should I post something like this?" I thought to myself: why not?Lately this has been a major part of my cosplays and I know not having enough cleavage is a reason many girls end up not cosplaying some characters... and that's just sucky =[

The people complaining about "faking" big boobs really entertain me.
Some people like realistic cosplay. Meaning, we enjoy cosplays that look as close to the actual character as we can get.
If you don't like it, just get away from the person or don't do it yourself.

What if a fat person wants to cosplay a skinny one? Do they get a full body corset? Or do they cosplay it anyways, feeling comfortable just the way it is? If you dont have the boobs, dont play Jessica Rabbit- or play her small breasted- easy as that. Everyone should feel good about themself just as they are-not beeing pushed into some shallow views.
Or say it as it is: If you dont have huge Boobies in your tight cosplay slootyversion of whatever you cosplay- you can not get the attention you obviously , so desperately, need. At least be honest about that.

This kind of content totally has its place on Deviantart to me. What piss the shit out of me is all the crazy furry / little poney shit and seeing "jackseptic eye" (green hair) and the other guy (red hair) on totally crap drawings on the main page/top page of this website (!!). It totally kills me (slowly moving onto other art sites like Artstation, any recommendation ?)

Like it says in the description, sometimes women feel like they don't have enough cleavage/big enough breasts to play certain characters, as they most likely want their cosplay to be as accurate as possible. Even I feel rather self conscious about it when I think of cosplaying as a character with larger breasts than I do

I can see why it be uncomfortable, but the idea on how to make the breasts bigger for cosplay I see being useful for making one look more like the character you're trying to play as. I was actually surprised and shocked on how effective this is, makes me wonder to if Hollywood uses a similar method as well. Β

It's so stupid how half of the comments ignore the 'Cosplay' part of this tutorial and go straight to insults. I personally would not need this tutorial but I still believe it's a very helpful one and could be so extremely useful for many many cosplayers.

Wow! Even though I don't particularly have a use for this since I'm naturally more voluptuous and hate the fact I am so (since I'm a tomboy and it's a pain in the ass to find shirts like this x_x) I found this process really interesting. At first glance at the top two pics side by side, I was thinking "That's GOT to be 2 different girls", but it really goes to show that just a few tricks with clothes and make up can perform magic haha.

Some cosplayers do want to look as close to the character they're trying to portray. A lot of female anime characters have large breasts, and if your breasts aren't that big, then this tutorial will help you get the look you want.
You can shove your pants full of socks all you want, no one cares. So stop having a go at women cosplayers who just want to achieve the look they're going for.Β
