it's hard, i know.
find one beautiful thing about yourself though, and flaunt it.
like my eyes; i adore them, and play them up in every way possible.
once you start to work out continuously, even if only to walk, the confidence you will feel afterward is unimaginable.

I personally, don't go to the gym. I don't enjoy working out. I need to get there though. I am not happy with me.

This is really powerful. It describes the feeling that people with a lot of different people feel when they go to the gym, and anywhere really. I like how you wonder if the other girls feel the same thing. After all, people can look happy and all, but so much can be hiding underneath the surface.

I know the pain. I spent 2 years doing 8 hours of cardio a week and eating healthily (cause i wanted to, not cause i had to or felt i had to) and went up 2 dress sizes.
turned out I have some hormonal condition that means everything I eat gets turned to fat...

my hormones are out of normal range too.
my friends eat whole cakes and gain nothing.
i look at an pile of grapes and gain 3 pounds.
