Ah, good old Freud. I'd name a pet after him and slander him in the same vein.
Father to psychoanalysis, the one of the first to acknowledge the importance of childhood on development, yet, in my opinion, sexually confused and incredibly sexist (although, considering what times he was living in, you can't really blame him so much)

Studying psychology, we are encouraged to look past his "obsession with sex", and look at his ideas with themes such as attachment, attention, dealing with restriction, social stigmas and power.

Then again, I'm simply talking about his psychosexual development theories. I don't know much about his other ones. I have heard of some of his ideas on bisexuality, they were quite interesting, although biologically incorrect.

Sorry, I babble. Freud is very interesting to me.

Freud was way, way out there on some thigns, but I can't help but like him.

I'm not keen on Freud, some of his stuff is ok, but some of it is also a bit well rubbish... Although I am biased as it's in part due to him that my diagnosis is not taken seriously by many professionals lol
