This is my last emoticon in the PpG emote series. She's Bubbles, the "joyful and laughter" of the PpG. For most of the animation, you see Bubbles giggling, then she smiles and blinks twice. This emote is an inspiration of the original
emoticon by `hprince329 . Typing the :bubblesppg: and others won't work. This is the shortest animated emote of the PpG emote series.Emoticon Animation Specifics
* Done on MS-Paint and PSP 7. Four images each.
* Animation implemented on JASC Animation Shop 3.
* Animation Length: 20 frames/9.2 seconds.

Yeah. That's what I've been thinking. The eyes on the PpGs should be different colours, however due to the fact that these PpG emoticons are so small, it's impossible to do that.
