How would one go about changing the weather settings?

Right click on one of the interactive parts of the rain meter. Then go to "Manage Skin" in the menu. Once there open a new tab and go to weather(dot)com, search for your city - it will be important soon. In the rainmeter window go to TECH-A > WEATHER > VClouds.... After selecting "VClouds..." select edit near the upper right. In side the notepad window that opens search for the line that says "Location=INxx0012" or something close, the numbers may be off there. Erase the 8 digit code and replace it with the 8 digit code for your city in the URL of the weather(dot)com tab. Save the notepad file, refresh skin, and (if it worked) you should have your location in the weather section.
If you figure out how to change the links section (so I can have reddit instead of 9gag, for example) please let me know.

To change the links you need to right click the skin, then you click edit, then you go down the link.ini until you find the link you wish to change. change the prefix, ie. (Prefix="9gag9" to Prefix="reddit") exactly as typed there, then change the url and leave the quotation marks around it. save the file, refresh the skin. you should then have new links to use.

Just download the file, right click on skin,choose Tech-a, cfg, configure. You'll see all the color codes i used.

Is there a way to relate the percentage my cpu is running at to the rotational value? I tried stealing the "measure" code from the one that displays the % but i could not get it to relate to rotation speed as a variable. Your original speed was 6. I want to be 6*n where n is the %the cpu is running at. what is the notation for the implementation of formulas?

The theme isn't in the centre of the screen, and it isn't draggable either. Any ideas how i can drag the entire thing to the center of the screen ?

Right click on the it, click manage skin. Check the box next to "Draggable" and close.
Then drag it into a suitable position. This should solve the alignment problem.
However, if you're determined to get the exact look as in this screenshot, you'll have to modify the background using Photoshop. Or you can use the set of wallpapers that i've updated the description with, and choose the one that matches your screen size.

Any chance you can post the wallpapers on a site that doesn't require a download manager? BayFiles is making me dl this "iLivid". Would love to get the 1080 version another way.
