My half of an art trade with my IRL friend I'm getting better at digital backgrounds...dark ones, especially. And they can sometimes have the unintended side effect of making the rough pencil art look a bit grainy.Then again, I'm always needlessly critical when it comes to my own work...
Ne-who, here's Jetstorm from Beast Machines. Say what you will about the show's premise, but you can't deny the amazing character designs. Even the Maximals look amazing, but the Predacons really shine...and Jetstorm is no exception. He's, quite possibly, one of the most beautiful TF characters in existence.
Jetstorm was done traditionally with colored pencils and prismacolor markers; background was done with PSE 8.0. If you would like a link to the brushes that I used for PSE, shoot me a note and I'll be glad to link you to 'em.
Transformers and Jetstorm belong to Hasbro...I just draw fanarts. X3

I absolutely love his character. I sorta wish he had been allowed to keep the sleek general shell after his "transformation," but overall, his story arc is one of the more interesting ones.

Very nice. I think this is the first BM Jetstorm picture that I've seen on DA. He's a great character in his own right, but it's his internal conflict with his true nature that makes him one of my favourites of all time.
