This time I was asked about muscular people and females too. And that. Was. Sooooo. fun to draw : D I had to watch two movies about bodybuilder woman and I still can't believe how you can train your body. The good point of it is also that you see female muscles exagerrated, thats true but they are so visible that you can learn anatomy from real people and I think this is amazing anyway.
What do you think about muscles and woman? Together I mean. Where is the limit? Or maybe it's better for woman not to be muscular at all? What is your perfect female body?

I guess if there's a little muscle tone showing on a woman, then it's ok. I don't like seeing lots of it much. More of a man thing... no offence to the men out there.

Wow, looks like a killer tutorial! It's always a big challenge to draw developed muscles on a woman and keep them looking feminine, so this should help a lot! Not suprised you had fun with it! I totally agree about how cool it is for learning anatomy when the muscles are so visible.
All women have muscles, so it seems natural for me for some women to have very developed muscles if they do lots of training, and how can it be anything but impressive if they do! I actually don't think there's a limit as it just reflects a development of a female physique, and the masculine body structure doesn't come into it. I don't believe in there being one perfect body, but as far as a muscular female physique, I think you nailed it with the cover drawing for this tutorial

Hard to agree. There is a fashion in western countries for accepting being fat because it is obviously much easier then loose weight. So they say they accept it, love fat and that people are unfair advertising healthy, skinny postures instead of loving their fat.
Something that is an addiction and that is unhealthy is never perfect or even good to accept. It's like: ok, if I like to drink everyday five bottles of wine it's okay I just have to accept it and I am a perfect person.
USA is the country where they are most tolerant and accept a lot of things. Those ideas comes from that country and I'm not sure if it came out healthy for the society. The statistics are terrifying. But they are accepted and loved. Just dying pretty often with heartattacks but thats fine. Perfect.

No, in order for this to work as an excuse the person would have to lie to themselves. Like "I'm fat, but it's okay because that's what I've always wanted to be" - this would be a lie. The truth would be along the lines of "I'm fat and I don't care", which is very different from the intentional lifestyle I was referring to.
I'm not saying I'm perfect, either.

Perfect female body type?? At the risk of sounding boring, ...perfectly average. Not too big nor thin. Average height, average proportions.
Now that that has been said, the sexiest woman is one who's geeky enough to show interest in the same geeky crap I am (at least some) and confident enough in herself not to give a rat's ass what others think about her image or interests. (Please note - I said image, not hygene... dirty girls are dirty)

I think of men and women as pretty much the same.
People can look a little creepy to me when they're super, super muscular, or super, super obese, or super, super thin, but there's a big median between those things. I guess the 'perfect image' would depend on the person. There's some pretty girls who look muscular and there's some pretty girls who don't have much muscle. ...but, I'm more picky when it comes to myself. But I'm also too lazy.

I think muscular women are not only beautiful, but also healthy, fit and full of energy. So in my eyes it's the perfect female body. I wish I had it, it would give me a lot of self confidence as wel! But I would never go to the bodybuilder type, that's a bit to much of the good stuff ^ ^;

My sister is a college age body builder. She was always beautiful, but now she's focused on her health and tone. She's even more beautiful than ever. And then I figured out why.... She became confident with her body. I asked her how far she wants to go with this, and she knew exactly how much body tone she wants and what for her would cross the line into becoming too much.
I hate your questions honestly, but it's something that needs to be asked. I am more on the obese side. I will never be very muscular, but I think for myself I'd like to be 150 pounds. I'd be curvy with about a size 12 butt and maybe a 36D. Very different from my sister.
I guess my answer to your questions would be... Screw limits. Screw what everyone else likes. If you're not happy in your own body, whatever the limit may be for yourself, you are missing out on the confidence and self-esteem. The "perfect female body" is such a loose concept that trying to define it does more damage than good.
