If you listen to the music, between 0:43 - 2:08 is why particularly made this image. Just look at the picture during that part and you will understand.

Nah mate, The model posing and sword yeah, feather/hair strands, eyes, mostly all Fine details were hand drawn on tablet (Sketchbook Express)
Background, tint and light touchups were done in Photoshop and Pixlr. I stopped using Paint Tool Sai because it doesn't support TIFF image formats.
