This reminds me, Did you Dl any specific brushes for your eyes and tails or nah?

No, not really. With Sketchbook Express I used a regular soft brush sticking to and around 1.0 to 2.5 px brush sizes (I think it was pixel size) for the hair. I never went above 4 pixels. To darken the underlayer I used a simple airbrush tool.
Same with the eyes and eyelashes. However with eyebrows I used the Pen tool in Photoshop CS6 to give it a more natural look to them.Β

Thanks man, while working on this it was quite a difficult challenge because the original base was a bit rugged and scratchy. So I had to try and use that as an advantage for detail while trying to balance it out. I'm glad you like it!Β Β
While waiting for my new tablet to arrive i'll be remastering a few pictures in the mean time, the upcoming ones:
