Just a little piece I did today. It is by no means my best work, but I felt I needed to create something. Here we have Quasimodo gluing pieces onto a small replica of the cathedral, like he had in the Disney film.
I created this piece to show that, although Notre Dame may be in its darkest hour, I don't believe this is the end for this beautiful cathedral. This fire was devastating, but Notre Dame can be rebuilt, and perhaps even stronger than before.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame, namely Quasimodo, has had a profound impact on my life, especially the Disney version. It has influenced so many of my creative endeavors. Quasimodo was my first crush, but he was also a character I related to in many ways. I was an outcast, often picked on and mistreated by my peers for the crime of being "different." Quasimodo's character made me feel a little less lonely growing up. I'd always dreamed of going to Paris and seeing Notre Dame for myself, and I still hope to get the chance, someday.

Yes, I am EXTREMELY suspicious after all that has befallen France’s Churches. Even if this instance ultimately proves to be a coincidental accident, (and Marcon has kept the evidence classified😒) nearly ALL the others have been proven to be deliberate desecration.
Quasimodo was a devout Christian above all else, and an Orthodox Catholic. His foster father’s hypocrisy doesn’t change that. He would have known hundreds of other priests and monks to compare him to, a detail Disney obfuscated.
Above all, The Eucharist MUST be defended.

In the beginning after a main title, Quasimodo lives alone in his Notre Dame's bell tower but really does have three friends of Gargoyle stones.

I’ve heard that it’s possible for Notre Dame to be repaired, but here’s a downside to it: It might take years, if not decades to fix it up. At least the two Bell Towers are still okay.

Yes, I've heard that as well. The damage was devastating, but fortunately it was not a total loss.

I think there might be some models of the church that could be used as reference to repair the damage.
