Short backstory:

Genocide is commonplace where Fiori lives. Due to her race being prone to disease, their lifestyles have had to change in order to stay safe. Fiori and her family live in a plain, but spend a lot of their time within bomb shelters. Her family owns farmland and will send one of the children to scout if it's safe to be above ground. Fiori dreams of a day where she can be out in the open, and free of having to hide. She often sneaks out when she is not supposed to.

Favorite Food: Corn on the cob/Roasted corn (prefers it a little burnt)
Favorite Crop: Flint corn
Favorite Flower: Lycoris (red)

FUN FACT:
Fiori has depigmentation on the upper corners of her ears, around her neck, and the tips of her toes, but they are covered most of the time.

I will definitely have to share the long process it took to design her haha Thanks to my friends for putting up with me and looking at her wardrobe options before it was finally set~ This design started a while ago when I drew it out on paper, and then I decided to finish it this week. A lot of hours were spent on researching, learning how to make her hair, how to include the patterns over her whole wardobe without it being too cluttered (I wonder if I was successful with that?), how to design the back of her dress from what I originally wanted, her shoes (my gosh the shoes...), etc. The design itself may be simple, but the whole process was a long and ardous one.

With that being said, please do not trace over or heavily borrow from her design. Being influenced is fine, but do not abuse the term. For instance, I was inspired by a hairstyle called the honeycomb headband , and that led to me thinking of a hairstyle for Fiori I spent quite a bit of time just pausing/playing the video on that website to learn how to braid like that and be able to include a couple steps on my character sheet. Being able to learn in this fashion is a very rewarding process, so please do not just take from someone else but find how you can make it your own in a creative way.
This does not mean tracing over, changing the colors, and saying it's your own.

I have a lot to share about this project actually. Fiori is a character I plan on using for my college senior thesis and I will be developing her and Belitta's story more during school. I am unsure when Belitta will be ready to post, but I'm hoping to finish before the end of the year haha They are, and are not, in the same universe as Taro and Olivia . What I can say for now is that the partner-system is still in place. By partner I do not necessarily mean spouse, because a partner can just be a friend, sibling, other family member, etc. It is someone you go through life with, your support. Bonds are hardly broken in their world once formed, and there are few who are not bonded. The ones who have not formed a bond try to whenever possible, to ensure safety (or a least be better off). In this sense, the word partner is like the term team-mate. I think that is a good amount of info for now I now have three out of the eight main cast designed. Next will be Belitta, and the other half of the cast will be male characters (finally right? haha)

I'm not sure how I feel about getting critiques on the character design, so I'd prefer not for that, but if there is a suggestion on how to make future character sheets better please let me know such as, if I should just type out the text instead of writing it, put all the color swatches in one area, add more material references, etc. Pros and cons would be appreciated

*** P.S. Yes, she does have Vitiligo and tries to cover herself due to insecurity and also to stay safe (please look back at backstory for context). If you decide to research on Vitiligo please be warned beforehand that if you look for images- genitalia may show up. The reason for that is, as Wikipedia says, "depigmentation is particularly noticeable around body orifices." I thought it would be important to understand and be aware of this, before researching out of curiosity.
