Description
The MA-series heavy weapons platform is a robust heavy-armor vehicle currently operated by the UNAF. The MA-1's main role is an anti heavy-armor and anti mobile suit tank. While its treads does not offer the same mobility provided by the legs of mobile suits, the MA-1 does make up for it with its heavy armor and immense firepower. Another weakness of the MA-1 tank is that the vehicle is powered by non-nuclear power plants (due to the close proximity of the engine and the cockpit), making the MA-1 less than ideal for extended periods of operation. As a result, the MA-1 is usually reserved as a defensive option.
