Because I just... really like redesigning mons for end run, and I'm a fickle bastard when it comes to deciding once and for all who gets what (you can probably tell by the many, many mons I've said I'd use, but never got around to) so I figured I'd just draw a few that I'm interested in giving to Aleister, Mel or Isaac. (Might have one of Isaac's mons forced out of his team via plot, get ready for that). We have, from left to right, Glalie, Torkoal and Flygon.

But seriously, I didn't really have anything technical in mind, I just wanted to get the design on paper so to speak. If I actually did want to use Glalie, and wanted to justify the design's flight, I could make out the pokemon to be more of a spirit than an actual living thing, considering Froslass is a ghost and all.
