I got tired of trying and failing to draw X and Zero's armor, so I threw this together. This is much easier for me to draw, and... I think it looks pretty cool, no? Well, that's for you to judge.Related content

I think the simpler look is actually better, though I do miss his delicious B-Cups...

I liked very much this design!
It has a more "organic" look, more than just being metallic plate armour. It is more flexible and skin tighty, add a light-ness touch, make me think in Zero being more agile.
The armour also makes me reminds the hero outfits from the DC and Marvin chars.
I liked the way he looks without the helmet, has a more badass but also more personality ^^ All in all, I appreciated this new armour very much ^^

Huh, I like it. You might want to give Zero just some slightly thicker armor plates just to denote that he's a powerful android.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I was going for a sort of "nano suit" look, one that forms to muscles and such. But I do think I drew him a little to skinny.
Thank you for your input!

You're welcome.
I like nano suits, a lot. Though I usually call them plain old body armor for some boring reason(Though I knew there was another term for them I'd forgotten)....Probably because saying "Body-hugging suit/armor" in a fanfiction(Or just in general) tends to sound a bit...perverse.

Yeah, I see where you're coming from xD The first nano suit that comes to mind is the one from Crysis 2 (or possibly the first Crysis, I never played it) or the... whatever you want to call it, the 'casual' suit from Mass Effect (If you're familiar with it). The ones that are muscle form-fitting, but still have padding/armor plating and such.

That sounds about right.
I actually don't have any new-gen console yet; I like to wait, wait, wait until everything is cheaper and slimmer.

I just got my 360 recently, and I've been trying to catch up with all the new games. It gets expensive real fast! Especially if you don't have a job... Oh well, I can make due. I'm a patient person...most of the time. xD

I'm patient myself if I get the initial WANT mindset, but I feel you- I have buddies practically in spasms over Mass Effect 3, and I have no idea why....
No job for me now either, and I'm getting a new car and have got to get a new laptop very soon: Mine is eight years old, has capacity smaller than my iPod classic and is slow....and the hard drive had to be replaced a few months ago. It was the Blue Screen of Death.

Ohhh, Mass Effect 3 xD If only I had 60 bucks...
But if you ever play Mass Effect, you'll see how it can just suck up your time. Like a freakin vacuum xD Mass Effect 2 took up my entire weekend - not that I'm complaining.
And man, I wish I had a laptop, but one with enough hard drive space, definitely xD It'd be nice to have a mobile computer when I'm playing a game or laying in bed.
I've never experienced a Blue screen before, but I've had my share of computer problems. It's a good thing my dad's pretty much an expert at fixing them - at least the problems I've encountered

I might try it one day- I've a feeling I'm going to lose my buddies to it for a while.
The Blue Screen is evil, but at least that's the only time it's happened. Crashes, on the other hand....Old computer is old, I guess.

It's definitely worth it. I'd also recommend the Assassin's Creed games, as they're also quite awesome.

I've been wondering about buying both of those when I get my PS3. I just feel a little disappointed that pretty much every game on the market for it is rated M; I'm kinda old-fashioned, and miss Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, and Croc....aaand now I feel old.

Heh, I grew up playing video games, and I've never really been too picky when choosing which ones to buy. I'll always be a Sonic the Hedgehog fan xD I've bought almost every Sonic game, even the new ones. Zelda will always be a favorite series of mine, and Megaman, of course xD These new games are like playing a movie, it still blows my mind how far games have come since I started playing them xD

I never got into Sonic, for some reason, though my cousin and brother-in-law play it. I tried once, but the number of the games just kinda threw me off.

Might have to get some then. Think I'll ask my brother-in-law which ones he has- I think my cousin has all of them, so it wouldn't do much good asking him.

The newer ones get a bit ridiculous - with the story and such. But the gameplay is fun to me. I dunno, maybe I'm just too loyal to the franchise xD

I've felt that way before: I know some of the Final Fantasy games are reported to be terrible, and I still want to get them all. Maybe I feel especially bold about that because one of the titles that comes under fire most commonly is one of my favorite games of all time.

And which one would that be...? I played Final Fantasy XIII, and that was fun, some people say it's boring, though. I can see where they're coming from, but I still enjoy it.

Ah. My cousin is pretty much the only other gamer in my family, and we're both pretty staunch Playstation/Nintendo people. But I keep hearing everyone(Aggressive nerds) rave about it- is it supposed to be different somehow?

Prototype-ZeroX In reply to Pardra [2012-03-09 04:06:43 +0000 UTC]
Hmmm...Well, if i were to compare what little interaction I've had with a PS3 to the 360...I dunno. The one big thing(if you can call it that) I would complain about is that high resolution/longer games require 2-3 discs on the 360, compared to the PS3, which can fit a lot more on it's blu-ray discs. As far as user interfaces go, the 360 enables party chat(the ability to talk with your friends while playing a game online), and the PS3 doesn't. So if you're more of an online/multiplayer gamer, I would go for the 360 based on the interface. XboxLive does cost 60 bucks, whereas the PS3's Playstation Network is free(with less features, but you can pay to upgrade), though. Again, I'm not an expert on the PS3, so it really just comes down to the games(or company), I guess. I plan on owning both systems in the future.
Sorry if this didn't make sense xD I'm not the best at explaining things. But to answer your question- not really.

Pardra In reply to Prototype-ZeroX [2012-03-09 14:56:16 +0000 UTC]
So it's mostly just the party chat, huh? Well, that certainly cements the PS3 for me. I don't have a lot of buddies that game, and I don't think my brother-in-laws play the same stuff I do. They aren't into Final Fantasy, and, out of curiosity, last year at a family function I asked them if they'd ever played any Mega Man games: I almost fell out of my seat when they had no idea what I was talking about!
