Ah...well...I carry my sketchbook everywhere, for one thing. XD And I just came back from a trip, with a 7 hr DS-less plane ride. So I did a lot of drawing. XD

my brain doesn't work that way
It has Art Issues so everytime I pick up a pencil it criticizes when i have in mind.

Aww, I was teasing you. Well, it depends on my mood, I guess. What I feel like drawing, you know. I'll think of a character or characters, and roughly sketch out the outline. I usually do faces first. So...yeah. I mean, it's hard to say this, but the rest is just practice. There are some things about art other people just can't teach you. Even if you don't think what you're doing at the moment is good, you can learn from it. Pick out your mistakes and focus on them. For a while I had trouble drawing hands, so I just took a sheet of paper and drew hands, over and over. That sort of thing. : ) Hope I answered your question.
