Nothing fancy, just put the different exposures on seperate layers, and used masks to blend them

That's how I do it. but you'd need to do some things in order to get the right parts exposed in the image. do you use the method of fred miranda?

No, I'm still new to the technique, so basically I'm just doing what looks right to me. I will check fred miranda's technique out though.
