Girls with thick eyebrows can still be attractive. Example: Tsumugi Kotobuki from K-On. Anime girl, I know, but cosplays of her can still prove my point. Besides, if thick eyebrows are the biggest turn-off a girl has, then I'm pretty sure only very petty people would have a problem.
