Description
Since ink is for life, it's only essential that I design my own tattoos. This is my first -- my left shoulder. A combination of the i-ching symbolism and the power icon. Many more tattoos will come.Related content

Not sure I understand the question... I used the standard symbol that displays all eight trigrams, the order is simply textbook.

Absolutely gorgeous. It's always nice to see a new take on a classic symbol

That's a fabulous idea. I think I like that you put the Heaven one at the top, though it kinda messes with my head since up is usually north/water. ^_^

I think about making a tattoo from your mouse-octopus work about a year. But, since a cannot manage to find the place on my body where to put it, i didn't ask your permission to use your art. But I definitely will
And gratz about the first one!

I'm not cool enough to know what IChing is... but it looks cool.
Holy buckets you're built. And on a vegan diet? Well done!

It was actually easier when I went vegan to get through my exercise goals.
As for the photo, I couldn't get a good angle with the lighting. So I was leaning on my left arm while holding the lamp -- the result looks good, I admit, but I'm straining, and that's why it looks ripped

So when I tap your left shoulder, you should fall unconscious until I tap it again?

So what fortune does your combination tell? Or does that not play into your design?

Like most philosophies/religions, I find such symbols and ideologies good for reflection. Reflection aids in guessing and forecasting.
So -- I don't believe the combination foretells any future. But I find the ideology is decent for reasoning through relations.
As for how all this relates to the design... I'll let others make their own guesses.
