After drawing my own ugly mug yesterday, I got thinking about 'types' of appearances, and how everyone has different preferences, not just in terms of romantic relationships, but perhaps in terms of who they might see as a potential friend as well? I wanted to explore that a bit, while practising drawing people in the process.The main point of this image is basically to ask a question, which I also intend to make a poll about:
If you had to spend a day alone with one of these strangers, and you could choose any of them but only one, which would you prefer?

I'm definitely the one in the middle. Only difference is that I always have my hair in a ponytail and I have glasses.

The middle one is basically me at 18-21 years old, down to hair and clothing style.

Not much different, nowadays I just wear slightly different style of clothing and my hair is parted on one side instead of the middle.
And yes, hello! I fell off the map for a bit there. I have lots of catching up to do regarding where you're at now.

Sadly there's little to say about where I am now! It's basically the same as before. SIGH. I went to university for a year, excelled at the work, but failed to find a single friend; I'm now back at my parents' house again for the holidays, wondering where I can possibly go from here. I'm planning to release games on Steam, which might make good money if they do well, but that's a very lonely path to follow. I'm still single, of course, which is painful!!
I feel like I no longer have anxiety... or at least, it's nothing like it used to be. But that's no longer the issue; now the big question is "where can I even GO to meet people?!", which I've been exploring fruitlessly for a while.
I assume that you are doing much better than this, though!
