This walk cycle is the 6th animation I ever did, and was the final piece of assessment for animation 101 at my university (4 years ago). Meant it to be a cross between the Iron Giant and those robots from Laputa: Castle in the Sky. Looks more like a clumsy rust bucket on the verge of death than either of those characers, but I was pretty pleased with my first walk cycle all the same

I'll probably convert it to a looping gif at some point, since flash is going out of favor~

I like it - though it should've kept the flappy bits it had in the production stages!
I would imagine that'd kill you with the work, though...

Yeah the design definitely looked better with the flag poles, but after getting it to that final stage I just couldn't be bothered adding it. Still wasn't used to the enormous hours needed to make good animation back then
