Here is my input for the April Pupa challenge of the ArtChrysalis group.

PUPA Challenge 28 - April 2023Hello dear @ArtChrysalis members! Our next PUPA Challenge photo, based on which we will create our artwork is:,There was a tie between 3 photos. It was a hard pick in the end, but I gave my vote to this one. It's a great excercise for light and shadows. Yeah...nothing is easy in our group, othervise it wouldn't be a challenge. ,DATE to post your created artwork on DeviantArt and to submit into the group:April 30, 2023 or later.Don’t post earlier before that date! The submitting folder stays usually open for 1 week.,Art submission rules – PUPA Challenge:We accept both traditional and digital artworks that had been hand painted or hand drawn.We don’t accept any artworks made by photomanipulations, photobashing, using digital filters, pre-made stamp/image brushes (pre-drawn or painted trees, clouds, waves etc.) and similar techniques.The submitted artwork has to be tagged with #pupachallenge .In the description box of the submitted artwork add the link / thumb to the reference (stock) photo used for creating your artwork. Remember to credit the author of the photography!All the created artworks must be presented properly (sharp looking, the paper / canvas should be white, not grey and so on). The focus should be on the artwork, so no notebook wires visible, paint sets, brushes visible and similar or any backgrounds.The created artwork needs to be uploaded on DeviantArt on the last day of the challenge month or later. It can’t be published sooner. That way we prevent that the other challenge participants can see it beforehand and are influenced by it. Don’t spoil the art surprise!You can submit your artwork in the appropriate folder »PUPA Challenge« on the last day of the challenge or later.,,If you missed the latest monthly PUPA Challenge, you can take part in it whenever you want and submit your created artwork in the folder »Late PUPA«. Remember it’s not a contest on who copies the provided photo the most accuratelly! The photo is a stock / reference which you should use to create your own artwork. Please take a look at PUPA Challenge 1 for guidance. Everyone who is a member of the group can take part in this challenge, even if you didn’t vote in the previous photo voting process. You have as anyone else the same opportunity to create your own artwork based on the chosen photo.,If you can, please help in promoting the group, in any way you can.Thank you. This time I've decided to make an ink painting.

I exclusively used fountain pen inks for the painting.

Btw. personally I make not many landscapes, not really my favorite kind of motives.

I'm keen to see what the other participants come up with.
