I like YN and it's fangames because you have basically all the freedom of imagination when creating your theories. The game only provides the visual elements.In my head Sabitsuki is the oldest protagonist of the four most known games (YN, Y2, .flow, Nisshi), and not a nice person at all. She and Smile had a romantic relationship and a child (Sister). Sabitsuki was abusive towards them both, and Smile took Sister away from her. That's why she hides behind his back in Smile's apartment. Sabi has some sort of long-term medical condition, and has spent a great deal of her childhood in creepy hospitals. During or after the break-up Sabi's condition got worse and now she can't leave her apartment. She regrets deeply her doings and feels lonely. Oreko was her best friend, but the two drifted apart because of Sabi's worsening stress.

It's got an amazing theory about Sabitsuki, namely that she created herself, and that the Kaibutsu are clones of her.

oh my god this is amazing. I love your theory, and the idea of how Sister is Sabi's and Smile's child is a really interesting idea indeed. I also like the idea of Sabi being a morally cruel person at one point in her life.

That's just my theory 
But I think it makes sense. The flesh walls area could represent her insides, and the black haired girls sort of resemble Sister. The dying event could be a symbol for her abusing and later regret of doing so.

My headcanon was that the girls in the "womb" were all children who were aborted by Sabitsuki or something like that. She was infertile. She tried and tried and tried.
