Well, idk. Probably, idea and clear concept realization. All other things (lightning, detalization, colourin) doesnt seem much different from other works, for ex Flutter done even cooler overall, but, huh, the FEELS! Emotions and mood in this piece look pretty deep for me. Gz, this rarity doesnt suck at all! She is real!
Even others doesnt too, they are just not that level great (Twily is strange, Trixie got face mistakes and doesnt pose cool and last Scoot for some whatever reason reminds me of Qsteel and making me sad).

TTP isn't just about gore. The idea is to show all the darker themes like death, sorrow, depression, anger, and so on. You left this piece wonderfully open to interpretation, so the viewer takes from it whatever inside themselves resonates to it - suicidal thoughts, failure, drowning, things beyond their control, or even uplifting thoughts such as rebirth or other infancy themes.
I actually prefer these more ephemeral and thought-provoking pieces over blatant gore and "evil". This one is wonderful.
