Description Celestial Soup, page one the start of the Lazy.

And now my overdue dates of Celestial Soul finally show what I've been doing instead of drawing!

Schoolwork =_=

At the time this page was due I was working on a 10-page research paper on global warming, joy.

But today I turned it in and its almost the start of my spring break. so YAY FOR SPRING BREAK!

Depending on where I'm going (staying home or going to Florida, parent's still haven't decided yet) will depend on whether there will be more art or not. For now, plan on nothing. that way when something happens you'll be happy rather than disappointed ;D

p.s. This is a great way to see the real difference in the characters in the comic! with the intence shading you dont' really get to see their markings and shade differences that I get to see, these colors are straight off their ref sheets!

Don't worry about it. You have to do your school first, and the comic can wait.

And you should use those colors in the real comic! It would distinguish the characters a lot better!

xDD I do, those are the colors on their referances, with the backgrounds and hevy shading it makes the characters look much more simalar, but that's mostly because I want to distinguish night from day in my comic, once its day time there won't be nearly as much shading or dark backgrounds.

I get the night time shading, but I would recommended doing an overall darkening of ALL the base colors at once so they don't end up the same shade of gray. Like, go into photoshop/gimp/whatever and play with the levels/brightness/contrast/ with all the colors on the same layer, and find a good spot that makes each color darker but not too similar.

That's just my advice, the great thing about art is that there are many ways to do the same thing.

True, True. I think I'm just lazy so I thought if I added a ton of shading it would be fine |D

I should do that next time >3>

xD just think of the little chibi characters sitting behind you waiting for you to draw them and give them love....

I'm sure aido /really/ wants to get introduced to everyone |D

I only drew the cats you guys know of in the comic, but if I was to draw everyone it would be a pack of hungry characters ripping at my flesh trying to get me to draw them xDD
