I drew these sketches around the same time I drew the pic of my oc Tallulah . But this character isn't an oc. It's Venus de Milo (aka name Mei Pieh Chi) from The Next Mutation. She's an interesting if not highly controversial character in the TMNT fanbase. Even the Turtle's creators did not like her which would explain why we've never seen her again since the late 90s.

"There’s absolutely no mention of Venus de Milo, the female Turtle. You can’t even joke about that with Peter. It’s just one of those things that he hates with a passion."

Like dayum that is some potent nerd rage. Though I think only Laird hates her. Eastman thinks she's okay.

I think my version won't be a ninja. While she does eventually learn how to fight, her training isn't anywhere near as intense as what the guys endured and this is mostly because in the grand scheme of things she spends a lot of her time apart from them. Venus' life began as Irma O'Neil's pet turtle. After an accidental encounter with ooze she mutates into her 10 year old self. Venus is 6 years younger than the guys and they accepted her as a little sister. All is fine and good until story circumstances rip them apart.

Dispite knowing little ninjutsu, she knows enough to get out of dangerous situations.

This version of Venus is the kind of character who is more involved in side plots than main plots. Though inevitably they cross over at different points, with her successes inevitably helping the guys in some way. A lot of universe hoping is likely involved.

Because her name is Venus, I decided a lot of her adventures will take place in space, on other planets, and sometimes even alt dimensions. Very sci-fi with blasters and light sabers, and exploring alien territories. Eventually she'd find a second home with the Neutrinos and becomes a citizen of the stars. And probably pilots a mech.
