Yep it does. I keep that in mind when making images. When they have 8 x 10 dimensions, they zoom in nicely.

Yeah it pretty much went like this image. Dream started with a very similar "I'm on the ground, staring into a red dragon's gaping maw" thing.
Dragon starts to swallow me feet first, then I wake up once he reaches my chest/shoulder area. 
I never was able to find out if it digested me or even its gender, so I left the ending ambiguous as well.
