Description The classic "Giant Kraken attacks a ship" motive. Done this for my girlfriend, so I think it's a good pic to begin with on this site
Done in pencil on pergament paper, just scanned.

Haha, that's really cool; between this and that medieval piece you drew, I'm really impressed with your talent! The ship is very intricate, everything about it is convincing, somehow even the mythical sea monster, . (Reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean 2, except I was disappointed at the end! )

Thanks a lot for your comments!
Well, I've done it after we had seen Pirates of the Carribbean 2, but my girlfriend has been a fan of giant squids looooong before that movie Oh, and we were more disappointed about the fact, that the Kraken was dead in part 3. Without a fight or anything -.-

Why disappointed? Because it's an evil giant squid that looked fun? You wouldn't think that if it were real and ate you... now would you...?

No problem! And I know, right? Just ended up on the shore, rotted out. :/. So anti-climactic.
