Daily Deviation Edit: I had a higher rez, newer file that I uploaded when I got the DD. The old one is in my scraps.
thanks everyone!was playing around in zbrush to do some renders. Gun is 90% modeled, mostly tweaks are needed to fix it up.
the gun is a grenade launcher as well. The grenades are housed in inside the outer bullet ring of the clip.
both projectiles are propelled faster when the barrel of the gun is filled with a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen causing the bullet to travel at much faster speed.
the guns stock extends and the internal mechanical workings and timing mechanics are under the main armor flap, gun settings are under the smaller flap.
the gun premise is similar to a Tommy gun, but because of the high accuracy, the stock can be extended and a tactical stand can be slid out to snipe long range.

Programs used. 3ds max for modeling, Zbrush for rendering, PS for post.

Most gun designs i've seen are impracticable, and just would not work in RL. The model you have here, however, looks quite constructable. The only trick part, is to make the clip easily changeable. The design you have here looks close, but it also looks like the entire gun may be unstable if the clip is removed, as if the clip is holding barrel to stock.
Aside from that, quite good!!

I like the hello kitty head hanging from the muzzle, but i find that reloading this weapon could be a problem, you must unload the bullets to reload the larger rounds... this could pose a problem in my opinion. over all, extremely good modeling.

I was thinking that too. if that gun was fed by some gun belt that goes around the grenade mag it'd probably be a lot of easier to reload it. But even then, reloading still stays problematic.

This is amazing, I have to give you that.. However if you'd allow me to, I have a small comment about the bullet belt, its the only part that looks fake especially the two bullets that shine, and to make it better, I think a partial diagonal render would do the trick.
Sorry if you don't take advices, just thought I'd say that. Other than that bit, this is about the best rendering I have ever seen
