Description Here is a tutorial of how I went about shading my models by hand brushing acrylics. I rarely use this method anymore since discovering water mixable oil paints but it still has its uses.

I used to do a more stronger shading, which could be achieved by just added more white and shading as shown.

I did this one kinda quick, so please forgive any grammar mistakes ^_^;;

thank you that you've made this really interesting wip dear.

I never thought that,which one gets the shadings without airbrush or soft pastels, thatΒ΄s unbelievable.

Thank you for your interesting wip!
I was curious about how you achieve such effects with acrylics and I think I will try it out with one of my next garage kits ^^

Aww I used to be a very terrible hand painter but I practiced at it a lot. You might not get it how you want it in the first few tries but its important not to give up! Then all of a sudden everything will fall into place ^_^

If you say so, I'll just have to believe. Seeing your actual works now, I can't imagine you a terrible hand painter *gg*
I agree...their are a lot of mistakes I made on my first garage kits. But the more you make the better you get. In this hobby it's always learning by doing ^^
