I was thinking of Silent Hill and Cuckoo Clocks and this was the result. It can be maybe a concept for a boss that has to do with cuckoo clocks???? Well anyways it attack by swinging two heavy weights chained to its arms when u are kinda of distanced a bit from it, and if your to close it can stomp or kick you with its metal boots. At certain times its head pops out and that is its weakspot, just make sure not to get hit with it because it will purposely aim it at you, trying to hit you and it shoots out fast. When it misses it gives you a short opportunity to attack its head.
