Part of "The Tortured"-a vision of hell

There's a special place for people who can't keep their hands to themselves, those who have used there hands to beat,molest,murder, and torment. Now they will know true pain, drastically worse than they inflicted onto others through their own two hands. As they descend into hell their once human complexion is distorted and heavily deformed as they become a demon and undeserving of the image of god. In hell they hang from a sack of torment as they begin the endless cycle of suffering. The sack starts to pump acidic blood, poisoned and tainted by sin into the demon's body. Truly excruciating pain flows into the sinners body, as the sinners own hands fueled by insanity uncontrollably beat the victim to death as the pain is so unbearable. When the victim starts to bleed the acidic blood drenches the skin burning it with a extremely uncomfortable itching sensation that cannot be cured. After a long period the victim dies and the pain is forgotten...but for just a moment as the victim wakes up and the endless gauntlet of suffering continues. The tortured never get used to their pain as their pain is always renewed through death and unfamiliar again during their lifespan of misery.

I tested a frescoish look on this one so I looks different than all the other tortured.
