Name: Simon Burr
Alias: Legion

Race: Human
Home, Nationality: Manchester, England

HT: 6'3''
WT: 150 lbs

Hair: White
Eyes: Pure white
Skin: Pale

Description: Slender and pale, Simon is a devilish demon of a man, sadistic and cruel, a womanizer, and quite mad. Legion's body is wrapped in black leather, with metal studs over his knuckles, elbows, knees, and laced into his boots. Strapped to his arms, belt, and hidden around his costume are 24 sharp adamantium blades.

Legion can come off as a charismatic individual when you're not on his hit list. However, if you are his next victim he is as sick as they come. If you are a man he plays with you like a psychotic clown. If you are a woman, he shows a different side, an almost amiable side, despite his desire to kill you.

Known Powers; Equipment:
Legion's trademark ability is a double-whammy, being able to control the fabrics of electricity and magnetism to his whim. He can fry circuitry, knock out electrical appliances in a single pulse, and at the same time he can manipulate magnetic metals to the nth degree. He can generate electromagnetic blasts from his body as well. Through the years, he's developed and mastered an ability he cherishes. Using the slightest of sparks on his fingertips, he can stroke a victim's body and cause his neurons to bend to his will. He can make them feel nauseous, vomit, feel numb, even feel aroused. The stronger the current, the stronger the feeling. He uses this technique on his favorite victims. The powerful currents that run through his body have toughened it, and he can shock himself full of adrenaline to prevent himself from being knocked out.

A less well-known property is how his brain has mutated. Legion's brain looks very different from the regular human brain, having been segmented into many, tiny, grid-like portions. His mind has fragmented into countless consciousnesses yet at the same time act and react as one personality. With a kind of psychokinetic ability, Legion can control electronics rather than disrupt them, able to surf the web by looking at a screen. He can also collect several metal objects, and instill each singular object with one of his own borrowed consciousnesses, allowing a swarm of metallic objects to each have their own POV and attack patterns, all the while this proves no strain on Legion's brain, as he can continue to do separate things and even leave the area and seemingly show no visible awareness of what is going on with his controlled objects. The nature of Legion's strange mental powers are better explained in the articles of Dr. Braswell: [link]

Weaknesses: Legion's one weakness is radiowaves. However, they can't simply be the loudspeaker of a radio stereo blasting on him; such things only affected him years ago. Nowadays, more powerful radiowaves must be used. The result is a mighty brain shock which can lead to a nullification of his powers. Sound waves can also work, but to a much lesser extent. Water leaves him sizzling and his powers a bit sloppy until he can dry himself.

Origins: Graduating from the top schools of Europe and becoming a renowned bio-chemist with a wife and three kids, Simon Burr had it all. It was during his trip to Paris that his whole world changed; Coming across some abandoned catacombs, Simon and his best friend and fellow colleague Jean discovered the ancient notes of Victor Frankenstein. Realizing just how possible his methods of revival were, especially with today's technology, they stayed in France, set up a secret lab in the catacombs and went to work on the machines. Graverobbing led to suspicious French detectives who ultimately found their hideaway and had them arrested. Simon and Jean were in prison for a few years, though Jean was murdered in his cell by his disgruntled cellmate. When Simon was released, he dug up his best friend's grave and returned to his shackled lab, hoping to be able to revive his comrade. The body had decayed too much, and too much of Frankenstein's notes were confiscated for Simon to continue, but still he continued with what he could. The police however were soon on his trail and ambushed him in his lab one night. The resulting chaos of arrest brought the lab equipment crumbling down, and Simon was subjected to a horrific electro-magnetic explosion from the chemical collisions. When he awoke, he found his hair bleached white. His pupils were barely visible. Once out of prison he returned to his home in London, but things were never the same. He became more and more impulsive, slowly losing his mind as his neurons worked at the speed of light thanks to his electromagnetic charge. Eventually, he became completely psychotic. His hatred consumed him, and after killing his family, he rampaged through London, demolishing homes and killing countless. He was finally captured and detained in a mental institution for special cases in Rome.

In was in this ward that his powers started to manifest beyond mutilating his mind, and years later, when the time was right, he let loose with the fury of his abilities, killing most of the staff and escaping into the streets. He has evaded both government officer and superhero alike since then, his incredible intellect as well as his deadly superpowers making him a force to be reckoned with. He is still prowling the countries of Europe to this day, seemingly scheming a master plan...

I know the drawing's alittle on the lanky side, but since it's a sketch, I don't care

I really like this piece. His pose really reminds me of Psycho Mantis, too, which isn't a bad thing.
