Alias: Ultramax

Race: Android

Description: A humanoid, armored robot. His color scheme is a metallic grey, with blue scattered here and there. His face is actually a black digital screen which projects eyes and mouth for facial expressions. Conceivably, he can generate any image he wants on the screen, even other people's faces.

Known Powers; Equipment:
Ultramax was designed with what his creator calls the Omni-Variable Drive III Iteration, a special hardware/software combined program that allows him to integrate any kind of technology into his own body, with use of his nanomachine drive(which also is important for performing self-repairs). This allows his body to integrate or perfectly duplicate technology that he has been able to analyze, an analysis which is usually done with a swarm of microfiber tentacles that can pour out of various sections of his body. These tentacles can also be used to disable and shock opponents into submission, as well as drain certain things of energy, and if the object is small enough they can even drag it into Ultramax, integrating with it entirely. Because of his increasing array of capabilities, Ultramax's body is always going through changes in appearance, be they minimal for great, but the face plate always remains there.

Starting off, he was given flight, tank-tossing strength, and an energy blade and photon rifle, as well as a special full-body concussion cannon that absorbs charged particles in the air around him to generate. Aside from these he has an array of special programs and sensor functions for multiple situations, heat detection, etc. These of course are his base components that he starts off with, and the amount and variety of offensive, defensive and tactical capabilities he is capable of are limitless, from deadly new weapons and to even a barcode scanner.

Ultramax's AI personality programming, besides giving him self sentience, has given him an incredibly strong drive to be the best fighter in the world. However, this ultimately becomes his flaw in the case of his relationship with his creator; He believes truly and utterly that he should be able to defeat GT, but does not understand why that is not the case, and thus in his quest to become stronger, he has more often than not disobeyed Dr. Malone's direct orders, and even blamed the Dr.'s incompetence in his diabolical plans and his personal capabilities as the source of Ultramax's own inability to be the best.

Weaknesses: Ultramax's drive to become the best, while absolute, is usually grounded in his robotic AI's logic parameters soas he rarely becomes blind with his motivation. However, there are still instances where his need for ultimate power can consume him if the circumstances go beyond his statistical parameters or something he simply cannot compute or expect logically.

Origins: The brainchild of Dr. Victor Malone, a mad scientist from Wales with a desire to prove that his robotic combat technology is second to none after he was banned from official research for unethical practices. Ultramax was created with a particular personality that gave him the self-motivation to become the best, a trait that Malone believed put him at a level above all other androids of his class. Ultramax has since been used to rob funds for Malone's continuing personal research and take out any heroes that try getting in his way. So far, Ultramax has been able to evolve/upgrade to outmatch every do-good opposition he's faced.. until the day he was confronted by GT.
