Description
I overheard a conversation in town the other day between to girls talking about make-up."There's no such thing as too much make-up. It's all about how you put it on."
hmm...

why do people have to say things or not say things just because of where they're from? I think those rules are retarded. I don't see why people can't just say/do whatever they want whenever they feel like. anything to the contrary is only closing yourself off.
besides..it's only words.
DOOBA DOOP!

All I'm saying is that it's mor of a British expression. My own writing whips through British, American, occasionally French, as I see fit, so it'd be rather hypocritical of me to take someone to task about it.
I knew I should've used a smiley to indicate that I was kidding.

It's not British as far as I know, actually (probably an American phrase.. most likely American actually...). I've never heard anyone over here use it. And, to be honest, I don't know why you brought that up at all.. and I'm not sure a smiley would have made a difference :/
I'm not ripping into you for it (although I know it sounds that way). I'm just saying.. I don't get what your point was.
