Description
Dustin Nguyen designs some awesome batmobiles. This is a model of what I think is his most recent design, as well as a Mudbox sculpt of Batman inspired by his art, for good measure.(Edit: I tweaked the hue of the image a bit to feel a little more fitting of Batman. The original greenish brown didn't sit well with me.)

I assume that You made the model. Really nice, is it available anywhere, for download or purchase?

Thanks!
Well there's not much to see really! It's just a sculpt, so the wireframe would be like a dense mesh. The car does have a lowpoly base from which it was derived, but it doesn't look exactly like the end product.

if you banged on some amazing textures like you done look really good. But this is still nicely done model , would love to see it textured.

I was wondering, is it possible to for me get that batman in a t-pose/default pose within 20,000 polygons download?

Good work on both. Batman actually looks like how Dustin draws him. Dead on...

This might sound kind of bizarre, but how do you do this kind of stuff? I have worked on a little modeling myself before, nothing I would ever show here on da but where do you begin doing something like this? What is the process?

Doesn't sound bizarre at all.
Anyway, well, Idunno! There's so many little things you do, probably too many to just describe right here.
I use Blender, for starters (though I'm learning 3DS Max and Maya as well). The car started as just a block and you subdivide it and mess with the shape and go from there... the wheels and engine were done by taking one "cake slice" and making linked duplicates until I got a full wheel, and then you can just work on the one segment and it will show on all the other ones, it's neat. The lights and exhaust pipes are separate objects too.
After it was all done I took the car into Mudbox, but just to subdivide it to smooth it out (had to bevel all the sharp edges beforehand in Blender to keep them sharp) and to render it the same way as batman.
So yeah that was a long post already and I barely even said anything, haha. You've broken the "getting started" barrier yourself, after that I guess it's just a matter of, keep learning and it'll all start to come natural after a while, and newer, bigger projects will become less intimidating to attempt.

Well I have tried Blender, its pretty powerful! I liked it, but never got around to modeling on it. The only time I ever modeled was on this crappy program called Animation Master. I only got it cause I want to be an animator but I thought I would give modeling a stab... I made this plane! It was cool especially cause it looked like a weird banana with propellers!
