She had wanted to go as the Khaleesi for Halloween – but it looks like she’ll be going as one of the dragons instead
I didn’t want all of my Halloween manips to be dark and weird. So in the fine tradition of costume-based TFs, here’s a Dany dragon for you.

I did. Liquify, Dodge/Burn for the shading and the same scale pattern overlay that I used on the arms.

Yeah. It's the same way I've been doing tails recently. I draw in the basic shape and shade it by hand, then apply the fur using my normal method.
