Please help me out! igg.me/at/catmouf :3It took me ages...
This is one of the cities I use for my upcoming comic "Lemon 3". (When that comic's finished, only the birds know...)
The background was mostly made in Painter 7.0, the text was imported from Photoshop CS, and Maja was inked by pen, scanned, and CG-ed in Photoshop.

this is a very good piccu! it captures the essence of a city perfectly! It's as if all the different buldings,signs, and even the window panes have a different story to tell! Great job! <3

I love your work, but you just discouraged me from ever trying to draw again. HOW do you do it, all the little details, all the neat lines, no matter what I do I cannot keep my lines neat and it drives me insane, I dont have the patiences to do anything even half as much detail as a square inch of this piece. I envy you beyond words and I will have to fave this.

But, the walls, those rusty/dirsty spots/areas on them, it looks too smooth. It kinda looks like it's painted that way and not rusted or 'dirtied', if you understand what I mean ^.^;

What a professional-looking piece; I definitely get a Ghost in the Shell 2-vibe from the background, though what we have here seems more realistic and less bleak than the backgrounds in that film. The angling of the drawing adds a certain degree of motion, even in a still piece, which helps to add to the overall effect. Nicely done.
