Where do you find fields of old junk yard cars in such a shape? Canada?

I would have bought that truck, got the mechanicals working, and just left it as it is as far as cosmetic condition. Every spot of rust and damage to that truck tells a story.
When those old engines sieze up, they can be a bitch to get them un-stuck, but it is do-able with various chemicals and some good muscle and patience!

That would be really tempting - thought it's too far away for me to consider. Around here it would probably be somewhere in the $1K-$3K range.

Anything over 3/4 ton is cheap here because few want them, but this was in a yard that was trying to get rid of everything.

Thanks Paul, this is an old shot I discovered I still had on my Photobucket (I lost several thousand photos when my computer and my portable hard drive both crashed last year) so it's from 2006, I find my shots after this are more artful, or at least better looking to me!
When I gop back to this yard this week to pick up my 1947 Canadian Dodge 4-door parts car, I will grab some more shots, lucky for me this one is still there!
