Description
The Federation Subclass, is the dreadnought-subclass of the Galaxy-II Class. The Federation Subclass is comprised of 10 vessels rebuilt from old Galaxy-Xs or newly built. The Federation Subclass has a Federation-Romulan Cloaking Device with capablities of firing under cloak; and a wider Phaser lance capable of firing twin beams. The Federation Subclass is derived from the Galaxy-II Battlecruisers AKA the Venture-II Subclass. One Federation Subclass Dreadnought is residing in the Delta Quadrant, along with the Voyager-D and a Conarvion Refit.
