I've been messing around with this one since the 2000s, so I think I'll just draw a line under it and move on (although I might add Oz later). It's basically trying to squeeze in as many places in Manguel and Guadalupi's "Dictionary of Imaginary Places" [1] (1980 edition) I can that exist more or less in "our" world. It's accompanied by a rewrite of their entries brought up to the "modern day" (a lot of these are places that were written about centuries ago) with a few bonus locations and as many fictional US states as I could fit it.
