"Madcap" Myriad Mayhem
Brigand, Adventuress, Lunatic, Cat Fancier

...and First Mate Minuit

Age: 29

Sex: Very female

Species: Human

Marital Status: Single and loving it

Orientation: Bisexual

Weapons: Sword, dagger, antique pistol, and CATS. Hundreds of cats. Thousands of cats. Millions and billions and... okay, maybe not quite that many cats.

Strengths: A fine fencer and a good shot (although her taste in pistols runs to the antique, resulting in unreliable firearms.) Not too shabby in fisticuff-and-brawling techniques. Devious and clever.

Weaknesses: CATS. Also, rather daft and liable to eccentric and impractical actions. Likely to become distracted, or to abandon a task altogether if something more interesting presents itself.

Background and Personality:
Born and raised a brigand. Her pa was one too, and they used to work together until Myriad got lost while chasing a cat. She's not too worried about this situation, however. She figures her pa is old enough to take care of himself, and anyway, given their respective reputations for raising a ruckus, she's bound to hear something about him eventually. At present Myriad roams where she pleases, seeking easy wealth and good times - and cats. She collects jewels, expensive fripperies, pretty weapons, and cats.

Fond of drink and wild scenes, often found in taverns and dance halls. When drunk, she tends to become lusty, belligerent, or both at once. Known to pursue both men and women (when not pursuing cats.) Enjoys a good fight, but often employs more devious means to gain her ends. She's not above using feminine wiles and playing damsel-in-distress, seductress, or clueless ditz as needed.

Her constant companion and "first mate" is Minuit, her favorite cat. She and Minuit are quite simpatico, and Minuit seems to understand her mistress's requests and often consents to carry them out (when she feels like it.) Minuit is rather useful for sneaking into inaccessible locations to steal small objects (such as keys) or to cause distractions or tamper with things...

Also, don't mess with the hat.
