He has a vaguely Japanese name but he lives in Italy? Originally he looked more like an Eastern dragon, but after 8th grade I wanted to change that because lizards have really cool anatomy. I also love Italy very much, and I wanted one of my oc's to live there. A while ago I decided he was more of a scholarly type (he lives in libraries or something) and since Italy has such rich history the connection kind of worked.story: working

special notes: His crest, tail, and fans are made of feathers. He was built for jumping, and the feathers splay out in such a way that he glides. His other eye is light green.
