It's from a "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" short - Bloo follows all the characters present as they "spell out" a message. In short; "Coconuts are falling from the sky..."

This isn't a short I've seen...but this is a wonderful and very faithful rendition of the characters, you have the animation style down pat, and the gag is indeed very very clever.
