Although it was also whispered that this was a time when Warner Bros. were not doing much animation and Bugs may have heard the Playboy customers were VERY generous tippers.

Yep, and the authentic Playboy bunny costumes would've squeezed him into a more curvy shapes, built in corsets y'know.
Legend among the real bunnys was that most girls wore 3 tails, one on their butts and 2 as padding up top.

The real Playboy bunny costumes were designed with built in corsets to give the girls the best figures possible.
The one Bugs has on here does not seem to have that feature because we've seen what bugs can look like in his sexy disguises.
