Sorry I'm not an artist, this was a commission from a friend.
In my usual stories it's just a matter of the mask becoming stuck so the character is stuck being female for a bit.
But they do not transform and will get out eventually.

It's a toon thing.
Happens in cartoon situations where someone in a mannequin or with an animal head stuck on his can change its expression.

Getting stuck in a mannequin (which is somehow able to change expressions and move it's arms afterwards) is a classic toon gag.
