The Vampire LordHours: Enough
Layers: 12'ish
Toolz: Photoshop and my trusty ole Wacom Bamboo tablet
So yeah, here it is, this year's yule present for my sweetheart
(I really really really hope you like it, sweetie
) Don't know what much there is to say about it. It's another vampire picture, with a castle and winter and stuff. Whee.
Gotta say though, I really enjoyed working on this piece, especially on the background. Nothing is as fun as sitting at 5.00 in the morning, high on caffeine and sugar, trying your best to paint spires and add tineh details all carefully. It's always such a blast

Glad that you liked that wing-hand of his^^ For me, Vampires are the true Lords of Shadow; and I happen to hold very dear the description of... say Dracula in Bram Stoker's Dracula, where vampires are descriped to have the strength of 20 or so men, the power to take upon the form of mist, and power over all the lower animals; like wolves and bats!
I don't care much for modern depictions of vampires! Vampires in modern media are not powerful; they are not awe-inspiring; they are not dark or remotely close to what the more Draculean vampires are like^^ Those are the vampires I fancy^^ You'll see the same thing in my To Hell for You picture^^
