Aww! Surskit's such a simple design, yet it's a bug pokemon, so you can sure get creative on it when bringing it to life, and you've done that! You gave it the harvestman in all the right places, and the water strider in all the right places. Though I'm not exactly sure what the little pokey thing on the top is.
Seeing this explains to me why this pokemon can't use surf!
