Obtained by breeding a Plusle and Minun while either parent is holding a Cross Stone.Unlike Plusle and Minun, Zerone doesn't care whether its partner is winning or losing. In fact, it doesn't seem to care about anything at all.
EDIT: How many comments am I going to get saying "LOL IT'S EMO"? It's completely emotionless.

Yes. PokΓ©dex color classification takes the main body color into account; Plusle and Minun are both classed as Yellow (not Red and Blue.)
